How to use Tablo

Downloading the "Tablo" Application The Tablo application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store.

The User, by downloading the Tablo Application, undertakes not to engage in behavior that may cause damage to other Users (by way of example and not limited to: insults, slander, bullying practices, improper use of the data of other Users and catering activities).

Registration to Tablo After downloading the Tablo application, the User can register via the registration form or Facebook account. The User accepts that the personal data requested during registration will form his/her Profile and will therefore be partially known by other Users. Specifically, the following will be known: name, status (online, offline), gender, age, zodiac sign, preferences, interests, nationality, language, approximate geographic location. By registering to the Tablo application, the User therefore accepts that the aforementioned data will be used in line with the nature and purpose of this application. Once registered to Tablo, the User will be able to choose between different offers, each with the rights and limitations described therein.

Create a virtual table The registered User, by clicking on the graphic interface identified with the wording "Create", will have the possibility to create and become the organizer of the Virtual Table. By creating a Virtual Table, the Organizer will be able to choose various customization options in order to perfect the offer.

Specifically, he/she will be able to select and choose between the different options:

  • The address and/or venue he/she prefers, choosing from those available on the "Tablo" Platform;
  • the date on which he/she intends to organize the Event and/or meeting;
  • the time at which the aforementioned Event and/or meeting will be held;
  • the minimum and maximum number of Participants;
  • the desired age range of participants;
  • the purposes connected to the organization of the Event and/or meeting;
  • gender equality or totality;
  • add Participants not registered on the "Tablo" Platform;
  • the language in which he/she would prefer to interact with the other Participants during the Event.

Participate in a table Once the User has accessed the "Tablo" Platform, he/she will see in the Showcase, the various Virtual Tables with the relative specifications regarding the offer proposed by each Organizer. By clicking on the icon of each Virtual Table, he/she will be able to: check the number of Participants and the data entered by them, the data available to the restaurant or venue, the preferences indicated by the Organizer of the Virtual Table, the language spoken and, if interested, decide to participate in the event described in the offer. In order to complete the participation request, the User must click on the appropriate button called "ENTER", becoming an effective participant at the table and thus making his/her personal data known to the users who will view the Virtual Table present in the Showcase. The User, only after participating in the Virtual Table, will also have the possibility, through the use of an instant messaging system, to chat with the Participants of the same Virtual Table in order to share with them, any subsequent updates or changes relating to the organization of the Event.

Invite Each User will be able to invite their telephone contacts or other Participants to the Virtual Table that they have organized or in which they have decided to participate.

In order to invite other users present on the Tablo platform to the Virtual Table, the User must click on the "Invite" button, visible within each Virtual Table in which they participate.

Subsequently, the User will be able to select the names of the people to whom they intend to extend the invitation and, if the guests give their consent to participate in the Virtual Table, they will become Participants for all intents and purposes.

Cancellation from the table Using the "Tables" button, each participant will be able to cancel themselves from the table in which they are participating. It will be possible to cancel only before the Virtual Table has reached the minimum number of participants required by the organizer. Afterwards, the user/participant will be able to cancel only if the Virtual Table exceeds the minimum number of participants required. The organizer may cancel from the Virtual Table created by him, only if he remains the only participant at the table.

Evaluations and reports After the appointment time at the table, each user will be able to report the actual presence or absence of participants, through the "tables-evaluations" function. The average of the presences and absences provided by each participant will determine the actual participation of the evaluated user. The evaluation will be visible on the profile and will be indicated with the numerical value of +1 participations or +1 absences. Users who leave the table six hours before the appointment time proposed by the organizer will be subject to evaluation. The "evaluations" function includes the possibility of reporting inappropriate behavior of participants, influencing their degree of "reliability": On the profile of users who have received more than 5 reports, a "badge" will be visible with an exclamation point (!) and in detail: "has received multiple reports". Profiles of users who exceed 5 reports may be deleted or limited to the use of Tablo. Tablo reserves the right to update the evaluations and reports sent to the email info@tabloapp.com, for tables organized prior to the release of this feature.

Degree of reliability "Reliability" means the behavioral tendency of users to show up at the appointment indicated by the organizer of the table, respecting the other participants. The average between attendance and absences will determine a degree of "reliability" visible on the profile:

  • Green dot: high reliability
  • Orange dot: medium reliability
  • Red dot: low reliability

Using the "X" button, the organizer can expel from the organized table, users with "low reliability".
